Study Guide Print Preview

Study Guide Print Preview Window Help
NatSem CD-ROM training automatically generates a Study Guide for any questions answered incorrectly on the Pre- or Post-Test.

This window allows you to preview a study guide before printing it. This window also gives you the opportunity to save the document to a file or load a previously saved document for printing.

To locate this page:
1. Begin at the Main Menu page
2. Click the Test button
3. Click the Pre-Test or Post-Test button
4. Finish the entire test
5. Click the Next button while viewing the last question (or the Item Review button, if available)
6. Click the Finished button
7. Click the Print Study Guide button
Study Guide Print Preview Window

The Zoom to fit button allows you to reduce the page view to fit inside the window.

The Zoom to 100% button allows you to view the page in full or actual size within the view window.

The Zoom to Page Width button allows you to view the page where the horizontal sides of the page fit inside the window.

The First Page button returns you to the first page of the document.

The Previous button returns you to the previous page of the current document.

The Next button advances you to the next page of the current document.

The Last Page button advances you to the last page of the current document.

The Printer Setup button opens a Windows Printer Setup dialog box. Select or change your printer settings and number of copies.

The Print button sends the current document to the printer.

The Save button allows you to save the current document to a disk where it can be reloaded for printing at a later time.

The Load button allows you to reload a previously saved document from a disk for review or printing.

The Close button closes the print preview window.
